Nature of the service
ThekedarBhai provides information, calculations, directories and introductions. We are generally not a party to your construction contract, payment, material sale or site management.
Your responsibility
Provide accurate information, act lawfully and safely, check provider identity, qualifications, insurance or licences where relevant, and agree scope, price, tax, warranty, timing and payment in writing.
Estimates and materials
Tool results support planning. Local rates, site conditions, design, brand, pack size and wastage vary. Obtain qualified professional approval for structural, electrical, gas and other safety-critical work.
Profiles and reviews
Providers are responsible for their information. Listing is not an endorsement or guarantee. Fake reviews, impersonation, misleading claims, unlawful material and interference with security are prohibited.
Payments and disputes
Unless a separate authorised feature clearly says otherwise, the platform does not hold funds. Verify the recipient and milestone before paying. We may help with available records or communication but cannot guarantee a dispute outcome.
Accounts and content
Upload only content you own or are authorised to use. Content may be removed, profiles paused or access limited for safety or policy risks.
