Quote Completeness Check
Mark each item: yes / no / unsure
How to use this check
Keep your quote in front of you and answer the 8 questions. If something is not in the quote, choose 'Not sure' — that is a valid answer.
- Step 1 · Keep your quote open — You do not need to type the whole quote. Just answer about what is written on it.
- Step 2 · Answer the 8 questions — Each question checks a vital part of a quote — BOQ, materials, timeline, payments, scope and warranty.
- Step 3 · Read your score and risk level — A low score does not mean fraud; it means the quote leaves room for 'extra' charges later. Fix it before signing.
- Step 4 · Act: share or upload — Share the result on WhatsApp, or upload the actual quote PDF/photo for a free specialist review.
Why this matters
- Accepting one quote can hide missing items and different scopes. Compare at least two written quotes covering the same work.
- An itemized quote protects you from 'extra' charges that appear after work starts.
- 30/30/30/10 is only an editable example. Set payment percentages against actual milestones, checked work and your written agreement.
- You negotiate with facts — which line items are missing, which materials are unspecified.
